Delving into the world that powers our transactions, we gained insights into the payment card ecosystem, from the person using the card to the banks and businesses, and the steps they take to ensure a payment goes through correctly. We learned about the companies that handle card payments and how they keep everything running smoothly.

A comprehensive diagram brought clarity to how all these pieces fit together, enriching our perspective on the work we do and the experience we craft for our users.

Find Your Personality Type with Enneagram

The Enneagram is a model of the human psyche, commonly understood as a typology of nine interconnected personality types. Imagine a circle encompassing nine points, each point representing a distinct and dynamic personality type — that's the visual heart of the Enneagram system.

Our workshop, "Find Your Personality Type with Enneagram," was designed as an exploratory journey into these types. It offered Beamers the chance to identify our type, understand our main characteristics, and reflect on how these traits play out in the workplace. By doing so, we aimed to encourage self-awareness and empathy, empowering each one of us to thrive in our roles and interactions with a deeper sense of understanding and authenticity.
