Surge, Sequoia India's accelerator program has been instrumental in helping us navigate this crucial aspect of our growth journey. During a transformative culture workshop with Surge, our co-founders shared invaluable insights into the unique culture we aspire to cultivate at Beam.

This inspired us to articulate our four pillars which now serve as our guiding principles:

True North: We are driven and focused on achieving our goals, showcasing the best version of our work, and delivering maximum impact for our customers. This "True North" keeps us pushing forward with ambition and excellence.

South Paw: We embrace a day 1 mindset, where every day is an opportunity to learn, evolve, and venture beyond our comfort zones. This spirit of continuous improvement and agility keeps us innovative and adaptable.

Ikigai of the East: Purpose beats at the heart of everything we do. We believe in a collaborative spirit, unreservedly extending a helping hand to one another. This sense of shared purpose and mutual support fosters a strong sense of community and belonging.
