Medical, drugs, and pharmaceuticals | Medicine (prescription and non-prescription), surrogacy services, tobacco and e-cigarettes, illegal drugs, and drug paraphernalia (including cannabis-related products for card payments). |
Gambling | Gambling tools and services of all kinds e.g., lottery, lucky draws etc. |
Protected items | Items under protection include rare and preserved plants, animals, archaeological and cultural relics, as well as protected religious items. |
Crypto currency | Activities related to cryptocurrencies, such as funding, trading, and sales. |
Illegal Advertisement | Sale of advertisements for illegal products or services. |
Foreign-owned businesses | Only those registered company in Thailand are accepted. |
Shell companies | Operating a business in one country while falsely claiming to customers that operations are based in another country. |
Restricted due to being dangerous, deceptive, predatory, unfair or unethical
Fake and unlicensed products | Selling counterfeit, imitation, or illegally acquired products, copyrighted items without permission, and confidential or private information. |
Predatory practices or making deceitful promises | Merchants using negative renewal options after free or low-cost purchases, fortune tellers, palm readers, tarot readers, and offers of free gifts, prizes, or sweepstakes to encourage purchases. |
Investment | Services offering credit repair, mortgage or loan modification, "get rich quick" schemes, real estate or investment seminars aimed at selling specific products, and expensive lucky charms or amulets. |
Violence | Merchants engaged in hate, violence, or human trafficking. |
Extortion/Pay to remove | Services involving payment to remove or withhold publication, and ransom payments. |
Social Media Activity | Selling social media activity such as Twitter followers, Facebook likes, YouTube views, and online traffic. |
Hacking Tools | Malware and vulnerabilities. |
Living animals | Shipping of living animals. |
Hazardous chemicals | Shipping or delivering hazardous chemicals, especially those prohibited by law or restricted by local regulations. |
Pseudo-pharmaceuticals (with implied guarantees) | Anti-aging pills, sex nutrients, vitamins, and weight loss products. Where no guarantee is implied, such businesses are not explicitly classified as unacceptable. |
Restricted due to high risk of money laundering and criminal activities
Transaction laundering | Merchants providing payment channels for unknown third parties, obscuring the origin of funds or sellers, or selling goods on behalf of undisclosed third-party companies. |
Financial services | Debt consolidation, cash advances, bail bondsmen, money transfer services, cash gifting, donations, check cashing, pyramid schemes, illegal multi-level marketing, Ponzi schemes, gold futures, stocks, securities, financial products, and foreign currency exchange. |
Products or services without value | Products or services with no apparent value. |
High fraud risk businesses | Remote digital file-sharing services with public accessibility or content payments, video game credits, and private detective or bodyguard services. |

Certain goods and services can be sold, but merchants must present the necessary licenses when registering for an account. Regulatory requirements mean we can only accept merchants with valid licenses for these businesses, which include:
Licenses required for hygiene, food, and drug-related businesses in the food, drug, and cosmetic industries.
License for operating a restaurant.
Hotel license.
Spa provider license.
Tour operator licenses.
Licenses for transportation services.
Authorization to resell third-party branded products or proof of second-hand status.
Authorization to provide medical services.
Insurance license or related certification for insurance or financial services.
Proof of registration for specialist professional services like lawyers or architects.
License for providers of multi-level marketing schemes.
Registration records for charities.
